Tom Gold Dance returns to the JCC Manhattan

For the fourth consecutive year, Tom Gold Dance will bring an original program to The Goldman-Sonnenfeldt Family Auditorium at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. On Monday, October 20, the Company will premiere two works from Tom Gold: Leaven, an homage to the bagel as a symbol of community and unity, to music of Erich Wolfgang Korngold for violin and piano; and – to music of Fritz Kreisler, also for violin and piano – Otherwhere, an exploration of Jewish mysticism through the wandering evil spirit known as the dybbuk. Featuring live music and a post-performance discussion with Tom and the artists.
